Oh Dear, I’ve been RE-DORKULATED!
I FUCKED UP big time yesterday. And yes…the mistake was CAPITAL SPELLING worthy. It was big. Real big.
I was in a horrible, upset mood all day yesterday. And my friends are freaking amazing. Thanks you guys. You rock.
Anyways, my knee is still crazy swollen so I still haven’t been able to go running on it. But I plan to do some upper body workout today so at least it’s not a total loss.
Then, I’m going to be the BIGGEST DORK EVER and we’re on our way to see Poison tonight. (Yes…I am the queen of 80’s bands concerts). Again, I’m too young to actually remember Poison, and they always remind me of my grandma. Yes…one of the biggest hair bands reminds me of my grandma.
My sister had a life size poster of Poison in her bedroom, and when my grandma came to visit she always slept in her room. She was horrified to see how hairy these people were. She felt the need to complain to L and tell her, “with as much money as those women make, you’d think they could afford to buy some razors to shave their armpits.” She was disbelieving when L told her they were men. My grandma was a funny lady.
Anyways, I’m much happier today and I’m just going to forget about yesterday and have a good day today.
