Heh heh, well I have been eating more!

Yeah, so last week was epic fail for working out. 

All I managed to do was run the 2 miles on Tuesday, and I “ran” my 7-miler on Sunday. 

Ok, so one week ago, it snowed 5 inches.  The following weekend it was almost 90 degrees outside!  WTF?  I know I was complaining about the cold…but I didn’t really mean that we should skip spring altogether. 

Yeah, I was so not prepared for running 7 miles in 90 degree weather.  I didn’t drink enough before hand, so I just felt dehydrated before even starting.  Then, I had bought some gummy bears to bring along on the run with me (screw the sports beans or gu) since I figured it would take almost an hour and a half.  Unfortunately, I left the gummy bears at home…so…yeah they did no good.  And I seriously needed sugar on that run.  Water was just not cutting it. 

Let me just say I felt like poop the ENTIRE time I was running.  I had to stop and walk a lot more than I wanted to…so I was super unhappy by the time I finished.  But whatever, this week is supposed to be an relatively easy one. 

Schedule:

Monday: WT and XT
Tuesday: Run 4.0 miles
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Run 2.5 miles
Friday: WT and XT
Saturday: 5k Race
Sunday: Off

I managed to do the gym today, but I definitely felt the effects of NOT working out at all last week. 

Anyways, I have lots of packing to do tonight.  Ugh…moving SUCKS!
